Non-Clinical Services (No Medical or Therapeutic Advice)

Our coaching, mindfulness, and wellness programs are not medical or psychological services. All information and guidance provided is for personal development and educational purposes only; it is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Engaging in our services does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship, and nothing on this website or in our sessions should be construed as professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical or mental health concerns. In particular, if you feel significant psychological distress or an inability to function in daily life, we urge you to seek help from a qualified mental health professional rather than coaching. Coaching can complement other professional help, but it is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or other therapy.

Not a Licensed Mental Health or Medical Provider

While our practitioner is trained as a psychoanalyst in Brazil, please note that they are not a licensed therapist, psychologist, physician, or other healthcare professional in the United States. Coaching is currently an unregulated industry, and our practitioner holds no state-issued license to practice mental health counseling in Florida or any other U.S. jurisdiction. Any reference to terms like “psychoanalyst” or similar titles refers to the practitioner’s background and training, not a U.S. credential. The practitioner is not operating as a clinical psychologist or medical doctor, and will not provide medical advice, make diagnoses, or offer therapy in a manner restricted to licensed professionals. All suggestions or techniques offered (such as mindfulness and somatic practices) are intended as general self-improvement guidance, not as regulated healthcare services.

Assumption of Risk and Personal Responsibility

Participation in our coaching sessions, breathwork exercises, somatic practices, psychedelic integration education, and deep personal inquiry processes is voluntary and done at your own risk. These activities can involve intense physical, mental, or emotional experiences. By engaging in our programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks that may come with practices like breathwork or meditation, which could include physical discomfort, emotional release, or other unexpected effects. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and well-being during and after our sessions. In other words, you take full responsibility for any outcomes or changes resulting from our coaching, including any positive or negative effects on your life, and for all decisions you make based on our conversations. We encourage you to listen to your body and inner guidance – only participate to the extent you feel safe and comfortable, and feel free to pause or stop any exercise at any time.

Before trying any new wellness practice we discuss (for example, intense breathwork, fasting, or supplements), consider your personal health conditions and consult with a physician if needed. Certain techniques may not be suitable for everyone – for instance, breathwork can be contraindicated for people with severe asthma, heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other medical issues. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice about whether specific activities are safe for you. You agree that you will not disregard or delay seeking medical treatment or other professional help based on something you learned in our program. If you are under the care of a doctor or mental health provider, continue that care as needed – our coaching is complementary to, not a replacement for, licensed medical or psychological treatment.

No Emergency Services or Crisis Intervention

We do not provide emergency or crisis intervention services. The nature of our coaching is for personal growth and wellness, and it is not suited for individuals in acute crisis or requiring immediate psychiatric help. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, feeling suicidal, or facing any situation that requires urgent care, please call 911 or contact emergency services immediately. If you are in a mental health crisis or suffering from severe symptoms, you should promptly seek help from a licensed mental health professional or healthcare provider. Our services are not designed to handle emergencies, and we are not available 24/7. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional support outside of coaching for issues that fall beyond our scope. We will gladly reschedule sessions or pause a coaching program if you need to attend to your health with professional care – your well-being is our primary concern.

No Guarantees of Results

We are fully committed to supporting our clients, but we cannot guarantee any particular results or outcomes from our coaching programs. Every individual is unique, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control – including your own effort, personal circumstances, and the unpredictability of personal growth. Any testimonials or examples of success shared on our site or in sessions are for illustrative purposes only and are not promises of what will happen in your case. You may see benefits like improved well-being or insights, but results will vary for each person, and there is no “overnight transformation” or guaranteed change. In line with standard coaching practice, we make no warranties or representations that you will achieve any specific goal or experience any specific emotional or health outcome. Coaching is a collaborative process, and success often depends on your commitment and engagement. You agree that we have not made any guarantee about the results of our work together, and you will not hold us liable for not meeting any particular expectations.

Psychedelic Integration – Education Only (No Illegal Activity)

Our services may include psychedelic integration coaching, which is strictly limited to education and harm reduction for individuals who independently choose to explore psychedelic experiences. We do NOT provide, sell, administer, or encourage the use of any illegal substances. We do not offer guided psychedelic sessions, and we will not assist you in procuring any illegal drugs or refer you to any such providers. Any discussions about past or planned psychedelic experiences are solely for the purpose of helping you integrate those experiences into your wellness journey – for example, reflecting on insights or challenges in a safe, non-judgmental setting. There is absolutely no facilitation or promotion of unlawful activities in our program. You acknowledge that any decision to use psychedelic substances is entirely your own, without encouragement from us, and at your own risk and responsibility.

We emphasize that psychedelics remain illegal in most U.S. jurisdictions outside of approved research or religious contexts, and they can carry serious legal and health risks if used illicitly. We do not endorse recreational or unsupervised use of psychedelics. Any information provided about psychedelics is for educational and harm-reduction purposes only. If you do choose to engage in such activities on your own, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and understand the potential consequences. Nothing discussed in coaching should be taken as medical recommendation or encouragement to break the law. If you are interested in psychedelic-assisted therapy, we encourage you to seek options that are legal (such as ketamine therapy with a licensed clinic, or clinical trials) or consult with professionals in jurisdictions where certain uses may be lawful.

Transparency in Testimonials and Affiliate Links

We believe in honesty and transparency in all our communications. Any testimonials featured on this website or in our marketing materials represent the genuine experiences of real clients, but please be aware that these are individual results. Your experience may differ – as noted above, there are no guaranteed outcomes and exceptional results shared by others may not be typical. Testimonials are included to illustrate potential benefits and what has been possible for some clients, not to predict or guarantee your own results. We will never fabricate or exaggerate testimonials. In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on the use of endorsements and testimonials, we disclose typical results or make clear when a portrayed result may be above average.

Similarly, if we ever include affiliate links or sponsorships on our website, we will always provide clear disclosure. An “affiliate link” means we may earn a small commission if you purchase a recommended product or service through that link, at no additional cost to you. We want you to know that we only recommend products or resources we truly find valuable, and our opinions are our own. However, any material connection – such as receiving a commission or free product – will be prominently disclosed in accordance with FTC requirements. You will typically see a note near the content or a statement like “(affiliate link)” to indicate this. We comply with FTC advertising guidelines to ensure you can trust that our content is honest and that any endorsements are transparently disclosed. Our goal is to provide helpful recommendations without any hidden motives. If you have any questions about our endorsements or relationships with third parties, please contact us for clarification.

Professional Boundaries and Electronic Communication

We maintain professional boundaries to create a safe and respectful coaching environment. Sessions (whether one-on-one or group) are by appointment and typically conducted via Zoom/phone or in-person as arranged. Each session will start and end on time, and we ask that clients honor these time boundaries as well. Outside of scheduled sessions, our communication will be limited. While you may reach out to us via email or text for brief updates, questions, or scheduling matters, we do not engage in ongoing coaching or counseling via text/email between sessions. The practitioner may, at their discretion, respond to occasional messages, but this is not guaranteed and not to be expected as the norm. Any urgent or significant issues should be reserved for session time so they can be properly addressed. Texting or emailing is appropriate for things like scheduling changes or sharing a quick insight, but please understand that we might reply only during business hours and not necessarily immediately. If you experience a crisis between sessions, refer to the above section on emergency services – do not rely on contacting the coach, as we may not see your message in time.

Electronic communications come with some limitations and risks. Email, texting, and video calls are convenient, but they are not 100% secure or confidential. Although we respect your privacy and will never intentionally share your information, using electronic methods means there is a chance (however small) of interception or data breaches. By communicating with us electronically, you acknowledge and accept the risks to confidentiality in these methods. We recommend not sending highly sensitive personal details via email or text; save those for our private sessions. Additionally, our communications will adhere to professional boundaries: we will not harass you with messages, and we kindly ask that you also respect appropriate times and topics for contacting us. We will not conduct therapy via DMs or social media – if you have something important to discuss, schedule a session. We also ask you to honor that the coach-client relationship is a professional one: for example, we will not engage in a dual relationship (social or romantic) with clients during the coaching engagement, and any social media connection, if it exists, will remain professional. These boundaries help protect both your well-being and the integrity of the coaching process.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This coaching business operates under the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree that any legal matters or disputes will be governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction and venue will be in the State of Florida (generally, the courts of Florida), as this is the principal location from which services are offered. We make no representation that the materials or services on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. If you are a client located outside of Florida, you acknowledge that you are receiving services from a Florida-based provider and that our relationship is governed by Florida law.

Furthermore, because our services are non-clinical and not tied to any professional license, we are able to work with clients across the U.S. and internationally in a coaching capacity. However, we do not purport to serve as licensed practitioners in any other state or country. If you are seeking services that require a licensed professional in your locale (such as therapy or medical advice), you should seek a provider who is licensed there. We reserve the right to decline service to individuals in jurisdictions where coaching or certain content might conflict with local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with any local laws that may apply to you. By proceeding to work with us, you confirm that you understand the scope and limitations of our services, and the jurisdictional terms under which we operate.

By accessing this website or signing up for any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read this disclosure page and understand its contents. Your use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of these terms and an agreement to release us from any liability arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This means that, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, you agree not to hold the business or practitioner liable for any injury, loss, or harm you may experience as a result of your participation. You agree that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risks as described above. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

We are dedicated to ethical, transparent, and client-centered practice. If you have any questions or concerns about these disclosures or the nature of our services, we encourage you to contact us for clarification before proceeding. Thank you for taking the time to read this page and for taking responsibility for your own understanding. We look forward to supporting you within this clear and mutually understood framework. Your trust is important to us, and clear communication is part of how we honor that trust.
